It appears to me he's not been doing what PA has asked, as a result has been dropped or played sply. The club still see potential and have offered him a contract but he's not happy with the game time he's been getting-and prefers to fall out of his front floor to go to work.....

He is a good player going forward, very good, however we can't be splashing out the cash on a player we aren't sure can defend. Hes a young lad and at the end of the day who knows how he will end up, that's for Leeds to find out now. We don't get the sort of crowds or revenue that allow us to see, for the young lads its prove yourself (which I admit must be difficult with the game time Anderson provides) in the time you have or goodbye. We can't take the risks.
