well promoted, certainly lots of optimism for the football club at the moment, sold alot of cheap season tickets too nearing 15k i think
the wagner revolution as they call it, needs to come off otherwise they will be in trouble!
football town, losing more youngsters or potential fans to the football... if there was any who may have taken an interest at the giants

Would have cost the club in excess of £150k + just to take part before coughing up the usual overheads. How many people on here would have got a bit giddy knowing Sir Ken had spent so much with no decent financial return to the club??!
Commercial suicide given the level of support our club attracts. Bloody shame!! |

Every time I drive on Leeds Road I see a big sign for season tickets and joining the Wagner Revolution.
Walking up to the actual match on Sunday you'd have been hard pressed to know there was even a game on.

I drive on Leeds road everyday - can't say I've noticed what the sign said TBH- I don't look if it's not of interest.
Non rugby fans probably think the same about rugby stuff. |

Town tickets work out at less than £8 a game. Surely this is unsustainable as 15000 tickets at the full £8 is only bringing in £120,000 a game. I don`t know how many players are in a soccer squad, but it does not make sense as they get more than Rugby players, so they must be running at a huge loss. |
