Hearing the whisper that Wardle has asked to be released at the end of this season to take up a 2 year deal with the Knights

Club will be demanding a big transfer fee which will probably kill any deal. How long is is present contract? He has had a poor season by his standard but so have a lot of others who came with big reputations.

I believe he has a year left so we could ask a fee. However for what we'd get maybe helping the lad to secure an NFL move would be right or maybe an option for first refusal instead of a fee for when he returns.

Have the Knights a big rough south sea islander they would trade for Wardle,this would make more sense to me!!

Are you getting all this inside gossip from a Good reliable source or family member. Until the Club agree a deal and make a statement it is all rumour. It will be no great loss on present form and we get the compo.
