There was one grapple tackle by Raleigh which both commentators thought was harsh. You see hundreds of tackles like that every week that do not get penalised.

There was no difference between the teams yesterday as per tackles etc.

there were incidents with both sides but that is part of the game.

The highs shots on Moore and the taking out of him when he did not have the ball and the tackle on Hodgson when he had been held were all incidents that could have been looked at in different ways.

It doesn't matter who our coach is or who are players are. We could have Dame Edna playing loose forward and there would be a thread somewhere going on about what a dirty git she was and how she went for the head.

I thought the worst offence on Sunday was on Bret Hodgson, tackled, on his knees, tackling player still holding on, Bret trying to get up, second Cas player comes in and smashes him over backwards.

Tackle was made, it was a dirty hit on a player in no position to defend himself and the ref totally ignored it.

Fantastic game yesterday, awful to watch as a giants fan until the last 10 mins! Reminded me of leeds at home, we had SO many chances but just couldn't score, had we lost, we would only have had ourselves to blame

But, a win, and the better team won on the day! Time to knock the scousers out and reclaim the cup for the Claret and Gold! See you all at Wembley in a couple months!

With the amount of ball dropped we should have lost that game, we could and should have scored 30,40 + but at least while we were bombing chance after chance our defence held strong !
