but didn't saints change their team after they had announced the squad?
as long as you announce that your playing the reserves I don't think its a problem, its when you don't announce that your planning on giving the young uns a run out that I don't like.

Back then you didn't have to.
It was because off Saints that this rule now exists, along with no ball watering, no ball heading etc etc etc....  |

I think the announced squad and the weather might put a few off, would be a shame, but understandably, be a shame if the young uns don't get support, after all they are still representing Yorkshire, Britain,europe and the northern hemisphere's premier rugby league team.

Well those of us that are going will give the young uns plenty of support regardless of the weather, it wouldn't be an away trip to Odsal if it wasn't cold wet and miserable !!
