not too down after that two good teams imo, we created a lot more than wigan overall but couldnt execute the plays , fair play to the pies think they only had 4 chances and took 3 of em, where as we blew plenty, wether that was down to some superb goal line defence from wigan or poor execution from us, for me thought we deserved a point out of that but never mind long way to go yet. thought charnley and oloughlin we great for wigan, odonnell. faalogo and robbo and grix good for us

We need a attacking coach for a few weeks who can show us how to score from 10 yards out, somthing which we have strugled to do for a while. Brown need to be able to see what he is going to do next well in advance. That killer instinct lost us the game.

Was always going to be like that with Tomkins, Finch, Deacon, Gleeson missing. That's where most of our creativity comes from. We were always going to have to grind this out in the forwards.

Correct if I remember rightly, Matterson was saying it wasn't a try as well, to be honest from the TV pictures it did look like a knock on. At the end of the day though the video ref decides and you just have to get on with it.

Tbh I was doubtful at the game but haven't watched it yet, just can't stand Stevo and knew he would be shouting Giants no try, tbh not sure what his problem with us is.

There was about 4 angles, one of which was blocked by a physio and 2 others were just bad. There was only one where it looked like he touched it, and I think there was only Phil Clarke out of all the commentators that thought it was a try.

Ateontd we fluffed too many chances. We did the same against Bradford lady week but it didn't matter. We need to convert those opportunities. That's all Wigan did.

At times it looked like Huddersfield missed Jermaine McGillvary, think he would have got a few of the tries you guys bombed tonight.

That's a good brief summary. Throughout the game, all I was thinking was 'this is brutal' from both teams. Great advert for the game, that's up there with the most physical SL games I can remember. Closer than the final score suggests, you're definite dark horses for the title this year. Enjoy the rest of the season!
