You have improved your away support over the years it takes time.The supporters who go away now are the same bunch as at every club you are no different.
Try letting kids in free to all home games for a year and send players round to the junior schools, It works as perents will not let young kids go on there own and go giving you money. The players round to the junior schools works the mither factor. Build up home support and away will come.

We've had the free tickets/season tickets for quite a while. The very first year these were free for ALL games home and away but the other clubs didn't like it so we had to charge if you wanted the away ticket element of the season ticket. It's scandalous how much some clubs charge for kids. £11 at Odsal the other week was a prime example. Ok to have the away element in a kids season ticket was £50 but due to a fair few clubs now playing on friday nights and you have to consider Sky too, many families don't see the benefit of the away element till they realise other clubs, who do play on a family better sunday, are greedy when it comes to kids!!

I'm not saying this is an excuse though!

You've had 2 challenge cup final appearances and finished in the playoffs twice in the past 4 years. You're not doing bad so far this year too. You're in a great central location when it comes to travelling to away games so why do so few of you make the effort to back your team on the road? Serious question and not a dig.

When you live in such beautiful surroundings it's difficult to leave for the slums of the West or the industrialised areas of the East.

God knows !! majority of us on here do go to Away games, better ask the people who dont what their reasons are - i personally think a lot of people cant actually be bothered, yes there's people who would go if they could but a lot just aren't interested

ill be amazed if your away stand is big enough on Sunday. Expect a huge following. Nice weather, Sunday game and Hull's good form, 4-5000 easily
