Robbie Hunter-Paul should be ensuring that the most appropriate person does these releases, sometimes that will be RHP himself sometimes other significant figures at the club such as the Chairman, Head Coach and most recognisable player. I think he has covered most of those in the last six weeks or so.

KD has always struck me as a fairly "Hands on" kind of chairman. Doing messages like this seem to be entirely in keeping with his running of the club and his nature. I suspect he would see himself as the ideal person for a message like this as his presence gives it a real sense of gravitas and that personal touch. I also suspect the fact that many chairmen wouldn't do this is one of the main reasons he would choose to do it himself.

Nice one- seems to have been a bit of a rush on in last two days so hopefully we have sold close to expectations. Hull announced they have sold 7500 so far this season .... we need to be pushing up to that and beyond in next two seasons.

Need to end the season with a bang, simple as that

7500 season tickets sold by us? nah... too much apathy towards the giants and even from so called giants fans... you only have to look at comments on facebook when the club puts a story on it... nothing but negative comments.

i know of 3 people from work who when asked if they had renewed said
"after that rubbish last season you must be joking"

Meast - bet they'll be back if we had the same start to last season!

think alot will be cherry picking games next season with the season ticket rise..

but they might be tempted to come to more if we have a good run.. so club still makes money and they will be kicking themselves !
