Great first 40,watched every Catalans home game and that is the least threatening they have looked in a first half.
Best defensive effort of the season by us.
They have messed up a few times when it looked like certain try time,but maybe that's down to the pressure they were feeling.

Hope we can keep up that level of d intensity in second 40.COYG.

few dodgy decisions from the ref in the second half , taai didnt look like he knocked on, he was offloading and it went backwards, cats scored from this.

shame we couldnt convert a close game into a win again, onto newcastle and another tough task.

Good effort from the players but we got beaten in the pack and it just seemed to drain us.

Getting some backs and halves back but we are missing some big players in the pack. Eorl, Huby and Smith are so needed.

Broughton wanted guaranteed first team rugby and we couldn't do that. Think it may have been Anderson that said it in an interview a while ago.

What about Murphy to centre and Broughton on the wing.Why couldn't that have worked ?

Agree we seemed to lose some shape on attack with Ellis in there.

Hinch was outstanding,really put a great shift in.In fact I was waiting for PA to reintroduce him just as they scored the 3rd try.If we could have held on then, and got Hinch back on the field I think there was a good chance of a win.

Also outstanding,Lawrence,Roberts,Rapira & Johnson. Shame no Eorl,might have been the difference between the close loss or a close win.
