| looks like he will be playing on the wing for us, wonder if he will take the goal kicking duties of ellis
murphy full back, been such a good winger for us too

| went ok on debut, would have liked to see him take the ball in abit more to take workload off the forwards
unlucky with the wigan try, looked to be a knock on from them jumping up

| Did ok, good finish and a couple of big hits in defence too...if he's willing to work hard and put the effort in he could be a decent addition to the squad.

| I thought he turned away at the last minute on that high ball, should have done better really but under pressure I suppose, took his try well, great tackle first half shooting out of line and would like to see him kick if he stays as its the best part of his game. I'm not sure Wigan know left from right as everything seemed to go to jerry and Leroy at times and not to the new guys, no brainer for me that. Id stick with murph at the back though solid hands and return, sometimes wasted on the wing, there's more to his game.

| was ok, nothing special, did what was asked of him, took his try well enough, but defence was always the big question mark against him, thought he did ok there apart from the jump for their try.
let's not get too carried away though, the sign him up stuff last night was particularly cringey.
but like Daz says, if his attitude and fitness is right then a good squad player.

| Positive in some of his reading of when to come in and tackle ( better decision making than Jerry on that svcore).
But he is still a liability under the high ball. A short term contract would be worth it to me.

| A lot of positives to take from his performance. Wigan is a hard task and though they didn't test his side as much as I thought they would some cobwebs will certainly of been blown away.
Took his try well and after the Wood strip if he'd of got the offload away I reakon he'd of had the pace to make some good ground for us. Great positional play.
Will be tough for him to back it up but he gets an extra week to prepare as do all of our squad.
Murphy at fullback is exciting too. Grix may have to work harder to get his place back than we realised when he returns.

| as i have posted previously about the youngsters not letting us down which was shown on friday night and watched foster i hope the powers that be dont offer him a contract he doesn't offer anything more than the players that the youngsters we already have (only goal kicking) but there again there's ellis.cudjo and conner so not short there so here's hoping no contract and money goes on a bigger signing if all goes well in aus

| FWIW I think we all need to trust more in PA he got the tactics spot on for the Wigan game and if he feels that Foster is worth a go then so be it. Let's judge after the month trial as others have said he did little wrong apart from maybe a lack of conviction under the high bomb for their try. Given that he has had zero time in training it is far too early to judge. Wigan tactics poor as they did not look to expose our left edge others will so let's wait and see.
I thought he did OK overall on his debut having been thrown in at the deep end.
