Thanks for making up over half the crowd too. Sorry we put out so few supporters. With the exception of a few hundred hardcore fans, Bridgend is a s**t town for sports support and of course there's all the political knackers hamstringing us at the moment.

Hopefully we'll put out more supporters to give you guys a better experience next year in Newport (or Wrexham, or Llanelli).

Yea, but the club is still in it's infancy....hope the crowds pick up. Have to say after going yesterdy, I have changed my mind about RL in Wales...I might still be against the way you guys got in to super league and think that it was too soon, but it is important to establish RL in Wales and I am now almost converted to the idea of the Crusaders! Good luck for next season.

just glad we dont have to go to this ground again , went in there bar , no tea or coffee , no sandwiches , beer price was ok , celtic very friendly to us apologising for the state of the ground and the team , i thought there team werent to bad especialy in the second half , gave our lads a bit of a game late on

the ground was bad but its not as bad as wakefield

but its a decent place to go pub outside the ground was good

but i will deffo go down again next season see what the new ground and place is like

some good bars around within walking distance , talking to some of the celtic supporters and they all reckon that a certain mr noble will be the new boss next year , will def go next year , a great part of the world for a weekend away

was a good turnout of giants, like the crusader poster said we had half the crowd.
i feel sorry for the crusaders supporters, who are a cracking bunch,had some good banter with them and they were very enthusiastic about RL, unfortunately it seems the bridgend public dont share their enthusiasm judging by their home support, many of whom were from outside bridgend,i spoke to fans from cardiff,swansea,the valleys, aberystwyth,bristol,gloucester and hereford!

i hope it picks up in newport next year but as some crusaders said to me on saturday they wont go to newport as its a "bridgend club"
