Would this be the same Eddie who couldn't help himself when he came out with the cringeworthy "Ohhhhh Nooooo" as Grix scored to wrap the game up? Hardly came across as an impartial observer.

Watched the game on Sky when I got in after going to the game. What's your thoughts on Eddie shouting "Oh Nooooo when Grix scored at the end?

Was at the game so difficult to see the ball strip by Briers with 6 to go, Silverwood said play on but the lino gave the knock on, at the game you have to accept it as from behind the sticks you don't get a good view.

I did watch the last 10 mins back when I got in, too late to watch the whole game, and the lino got it wrong, there's 2 in the tackle and Briers rips the ball, so we got a bad call in a crucial point in the game, had we got the penalty we'd be camped on your line with 6 mins and 2 points a drift so who knows.

I haven't watched the bit where Grix scored as I haven't watched all the game back, may do over the weekend, but what Eddie says has nothing to do with the Giants, so having a go at us seems a little out of order to be honest.

You get bad calls in games, we have to live with it, be interesting how you react if the opposite happens to you in the final and the opposition go on and win.

I wouldn't expect the Huddersfield fans to have an issue with Silverwood until you watch the game back on Sky. It would have been too difficult to see from your position in the ground.

I thought Silverwood was particularly poor, the big decisions seemed to go Warrington's way. Penalising Connor for a strip when he had the ball over Atkins on the floor, penalising Ferguson for a high shot but allowing Morley's and Westwoods, blatant offside of Richie Myler after Danny Brough's break and the ball strip by Briers.

I still Warrington deserved to edge it, just, but Huddersfield had some momentum going into that final 10 and the ref ruined it from a neutrals perspective.

I think it was Cudjoe making a mess of clearing up that prompted him to shout that rather than Warrington scoring.

Perhaps he was disappointed that we weren't going to get a tense, exciting last 5 mins - the kind of climax to a game that commentators thrive on?

That was my thought. Everyone will have their own opinion that suits their agenda though.

You would think that.... unless the commentary team had spent the last eighty minutes willing Huddersfield to win. After we had won all they could talk about was how good Huddersfield were. Bizarre.

And from both being at the game and watching it back through I can safety say the referee made not on jot of a difference to the end result. Nothing controversial at all.
