Excuse me !! Murphy would have played equally well at Centre if the Hull and Leeds matches were anything to go by.

He played centre at Wakefield as well, the fact is we gave Broughton no ball when he got a chance but by your statement why sign Ormsby when Murph plays so well on the wing ??

I watched every match bar one last season so don't talk to me like I'm thick I know how all the team played go on banging your head on the wall it won't change anything but won't do any good either !!

Broughton isn't the same type of player Ormsby is though. Ormsby is more like Jerry than broughton.

Mixed feelings about the cup this year. On the one hand it could be a welcome distraction from our so far poor league form - on the other could really help us to continue our more recent form and cement some continuity in our structures and gain valuable confidence from a good cup run.
From PA comments after the Leeds game in the league he seems to be relishing the challenge of a cup run so will probably see us going all out on Fri against a stronger Leeds side. Get through this and who knows - we could go far given a reasonable cup draw.
Our best chance of silverware maybe as even if we make the Top 8 we will be doing it tough.

Interesting-could go with Connor in halves again and wood at centre. Tough ask against Watkins who can't be s bad again surely!

I don't think we should boo him, I think he will be expecting that again and this time will be aiming to channel it to spur him on. I reckon we should switch the psychology a bit. Do nothing when he gets the ball but every time he's tackled cheer like crazy like its the biggest hit you've ever seen. If he gives away a penalty cheer like crazy like he's scored a try if he drops the ball or makes an error cheer like crazy....
