At the risk of repeating myself I want to reiterate that if the side out there today had shown up I believe they would have won. Salford played very well. They completed their sets, they kicked the ball well and we did the bang opposite. They then had something to hang on to and did so.

Bear in mind though that even with them at their best and us at our abject worst we were 4 tries apiece.
