I think they were guilty of thinking Hull would be easy beats and tried to score from every play

Just watched highlights (went to game) not a GF winning side and in some respects (I'm an FC fan) lucky - Second half Naughton pulled back when try pretty much nailed on try following offload but adjudged ball steal,second to last try blatantly forward.Felt Hudds missed Crabtrees impact off the bench and play (very well) very predictable game which we failed naively to manage.Defensivley felt Hudds effectively compressed our attack.as previous poster suggested it may be a timely kick up the arris.

Crabtree tends to start nowadays. I don't think we were lucky- just focused and worked hard to get the win. Can't pick a stand out player for us as most had poor games compared to how they've played in recent weeks. Bit of an odd game really as we needed to keep up momentum, we've been playing some very good stuff recently had probably played our most consistent game over the longest time last week. Friday was way off where we were- was it because it was a lower intensity game or they wanted to leave something in the tank for the more important games coming up.

They can't complain after Huby was sin binned there was another 'bad' head high from a Hull player not quite as bad but as a referee having set the standard by already using the yellow he should have been consistent and done it again.

They also missed the knock on that ultimately led to Hulls first try not directly but they shouldn't have had the ball so as usual 'even Steven'

The yellow for Huby was because it basically stopped a try - professional foul sin bin not head shot imo


And no Murphys pass wasn't forward after seeing highlights

that hull knock on was a joke though

On what planet was that not a forward pass ?
LR assessment on SL show probably a fair assessment of the game "felt like a friendly ' one team nothing to play for lack of concentration and execution for Hudds.
