His organisation, effort and involvement in big plays was huge for us. He was a great player and a big factor in us winning our only silverware in years.
He's now doing the same for Wakey, but he the fans behind him and playing with a smile on his face.'"
Not quite all of them but most. He's a cut price hero, you get a lot for your money with Scott but at the end of the days as you say he isn't world class but then not many SL players are.

| huge boost for wakefield with the game now being played sunday, they had a short turn around from catalans compared too us so a big boost for them, wipes out that advantage for us
also the game is now not on sky sports, so giants miss out on the exposure again, anyone know the last time we featured on sky sports?
roche out and symonds in the 19 now too... which likley means nothing other than sam wood will play second row from the bench

I agree with this. A very good player. His link up play could be outstanding.
He had tough boots to fill after Brett Hodgson, but he did pretty well.

So what you are hoping for is an advantage where by you get more recovery time than us, Your not that desperate are you.
Incidentally I wasn't sure what you mean't by more time to recover as you might have been referring to our chairman's plea for volunteers to help clear the snow on the terraces.

Where is the advantage? Wakey players played Saturday, traveled home straight after the game and weren't home until the early hours of Sunday. The first day of recovery was Monday.
The same as Hudds?? But with substantial travel included.

hudds played friday, think you answered your own question with the rest of it.
anyway game on, we have snow here in hudds but not in wakey by sounds of it
one side of the ground closed due to not being upto sl standard

Nope you won’t be allowed behind the posts- in front of seated stand is where giants fans have to go it sounds like.

| well its a sense of deja-vu again
all the possession in the first half like against st helens yet fail to convert it to points and go in at half time somehow losing!! would have been drawing but brough still cant kick goals, dont know why they dont just give the job to turner or gaskell as they both can kick, we just cant unlock defences.. would ridyard have been the better option to keep as a half back ? right now it looks that way.
second half was a repeat of the 'train crash' we had at hull fc round 1, 7 pens and one sin bin and no way back
disappointing to say the least
our pack is more than matching the opposition its the rest thats not working right now.
only good thing was to see symonds back and ferguson once again gaining loads of yardage, jerry was better too this week
1 win from 4... need to win the next two now the pressure is starting to mount

You didn't have all the posession in the first half but you shaded it. I'd say 55% - 45%. However you were certainly competitive and the game looked like being a nail biter.
Second half I've no idea what happened. You stopped playing and started rough housing but not in a clever way. Yo were heavily penalised and rightly so and there was no need for it.
Another forty minutes like the first and with the heavy conditions being a great equaliser you were in with a chance.
Thought over all we looked bigger, stronger and fitter and more diciplined. Brough was an idiot all game yet his kicks were truly punishing at times. However Finn showed him how to run a tight game, Brough is a weak link these days..

| I’ve normally found Huddersfield fans to be a pretty bunch but today you were let down by the small group of idiots on the half way line. Particularly the guy in the black jacket who was threatening to do in young kids and a woman in the seats. Hopefully when he’s sobered up his mates will tell him not to come back.
On the pitch I’m not sure what happened. At half time it looked like it could go either way, thern you just seem to give up. I was impressed with Dale Ferguson though, one of the few who seemed to give 100%.
