Agree with Danril, no one on here will ever know the truth re this deal. Some from both sides will claim to, just can't see the point in the deal, Brough is our go to player, our star man who can win us games virtually on his own and the Giants are performing perfectly well without him. Why upset both applecarts? The deal has got to suit both clubs or it will not happen, Brough probably won't care what the outcome is as hes guarenteed a contract at the Giants next season anyway, in fact he's probably sitting back and pi$ing himself laughing about all the fuss he is creating!

instead of replica tops which pro star wont be able to supply we are gonna all start wearing M&S suits courtesy of Mr Davy . Once again the the town of huddersfield saves the Merrie City and its folk.

| Really not sure what the fuss is about Mr Brough.
He is now 28 which is generally long in the tooth for a scrum half (with a few exceptions long for example). Especially one who relies a lot on pace.
With Robinson, Grix and Drew able to play that position and youngsters coming through he seems an uneccesary buy.
Although he has a face to scare the even the hardest opposition player.  |
