Also vs Salford... I think about 75% of the team are performing to the standard that's needed.. But the rest do need to pick it up... If we see continuous improvement then we can't complain, still early days yet. |

Yes but decent against Widnes where although he made a couple of bad errors he ran very strong. |

Fergie originally arrived as a young bloke but has come back to the club as one of the more senior players. Given the current bout of injuries he needs to lead from the front in the coming games. Starting this weekend against the big Hull pack.
Brearleys team still looks decent. I'd also consider Mellor SR and Wood at centre. Plus Mason for Wakeman and Darnell for Ormsby. It will certainly be interesting to see the 19 man squad this week

i know you have your best 2 props and best back rower out but we have our whole back row out (Symonds, Lawrence and Ferguson)
one of our best props Ukuama Taai out,
our best try scorer and metre maker Jermaine McGilvarry out
Jake Mamo our marquee signing still injured although he's not yet to play
another of our big props Nathan Mason apparently injured.
I think we are much worse off than you going into the game

I think it looks like leeming will have to do another big stint with only Hinchcliffe who can sub him. I also think we will go with four forwards on the bench so we can do that-hull are a big side and I don't see how having a rookie FB out on the bench would be a useful substitution.

I think with the squad we have your selection looks about right brearley. Agree with Jools though I'd maybe go for Tyler on the bench rather than a back. And again I'd prefer Darnell for Ormsby but can see Stone going for whatever experience he has available.

Oh you heard the interview too brearley- kruise Sounded very mature and grounded I thought. (I saw a different side to him and a few others on Saturday night though! )
Our bench is going to be very weak whatever. Mason has either done something to annoy Stone or he must be injured!
I'm not expecting to get the two points from this as I feel there's too much disruption to our squad. I'm just hoping that our youngsters get the opportunity to shine and show their potential.
