| If you need that explaining then it's the least of your worries.
The Lee shot was bad but he had his hands up to apologise before the first retaliatory punch hit him. ATEOTD the game is gone now, Wire won it. Suffice to say there was some dubious stuff going on from Wire too. Twisting the player so he was facing his own goal line way after the tackle was complete. Jibbing in the knee to slow the PTB. Hanging on for dear life in some cases; the Waterhouse professional foul hanging on after that break was as clear a 10mins as you will ever see in your life. But what does it matter now? It's gone. Wire won 2 points. Martyrs they most certainly aren't.
Roll on next week.

| I'm talikng about a red card. Some people are saying it should have been 12 v 12. Apart from lee nobody did anything from either side that warranted a red card.

| Bounce of ball game that.Warrington took the lead with a Dan Marino special and then had a nice bounce for the next try and then the "ball steal" try.
As for niggle Lee was out of order but Westwood,Bridge and new look fatboy Briers were outrageous.
On a different day that was a Giants win. Lots of positives. Never gave up and heads never went down.
Greg Eden looks like he will be sensational if he cuts down the errors.
Lovely to see giants standing so far back and giving the ball some air. Against lesser teams that will pay dividend.
For me bookies favourites Warrington were spoiling all the way through and that shows how much they respected the Giants.
ATEOTD though a backs to the wall win with two players down so fair play for that.
Am i right in thinking Mr Bentham lives in Warrington by the way ? (next door to Lee Briers?)

Why is everyone getting so worked up. It was a tough game between two top sides that would have made great viewing. But if you don't think wire were the better side (marginally!) then you don't know your rugby league

Nothing bitter in my analysis. Warrington got the bounce of ball. Maybe you couldn't see that watching at home.

| I havent watched the re-run yet but at the game it looked to me like Bent-ham was lettinh Wire do what the heck they liked.....standing where they liked holding down and twisting our players as long as they liked, throwing the ball forward when they liked...................nto making excuses we didnt do enough to win but certainly were not helped one bit by the 1 sides officiating tonight
oh and i said at the time Tommy Lee should have been off !!!

| The only one who deserved red was Lee, Brown and Bridge should have been binned in the 2nd half as should Brough after all the warnings BUT if Lee had been dealt with the rest wouldn't have happened.
In there somewhere probably about 50 mins worth of good rugby from both sides, it was allowed to turn in to what it was by weak officiating.
Were Warrington angels? No, this is rugby it's a tough game and you play to the official who just so happens was pathetic today, Hudds are a very good side and Wire respected that fact by playing to the edge of the rules to spoil your game, so rough calls but it happens to all of us.
Anyway i'm not going to let it spoil the good relationship we have with Hudds, classy bunch off the field, may even pop down to The Stoop and watch you guys.

| Wire deserved the win I have no gripe about it at all. I think a 4-6 point advantage would've been a fairer reflection of how the game went. Dog molester's score was never a try, that pass must've been a meter forward & the linesman was smack in line.
Morley could easily have been sent off for raising the knee in the tackle, not once but twice. The one on Robbo (think it was him?) was a dead set sending off. Watch the replay.
Lee was a dead set red card too. Should've been straight off.
Like I said, fair play to Wire, better team on the night, but don't crack on like you were innocents abroad. It was 6 of one & half a dozen of the other.

| We shouldn't have got dragged into Hudds slow, niggly game they like to play. Still was refreshing to see us being able to dig in and scrap a win out instead of just dealing out 40+ dickings as per.

This was all started by the comment from Willzay that 'Wire were dirty'. There was only one incident in the game that merited a red card, and that was Tommy Lee's. The rest were at most yellow cards, and as Yed stated if Lee had been red carded then none of the rest would have happened at all. As for Monaghan's try, Westwood would have scored himself if he had just continued his run to the line.
