Biggest Huddersfield support I've ever seen in my life, couldn't believe how many there were when I got in to the ground about 5 minutes before kick off - great support and long may it continue.

We supported them well. Hodgy got his accolade at the end but I thought Wild's could have been louder seeing as he gave us 5 years sterling service. That's what happens when much of your work is the sort that goes beneath the radar of many supporters.

We'll miss them both - although only here 2 years Brett has had a massive influence and like you say Wildy has been very much unsung but one of the best defensive players we've had.

Certainly on a par with Mick De Vere defensively in my book maybe a touch better, doesnt miss a thing

Going to miss them big time, but what a great advert for the game tonight's match was, just gutted we couldn't finish off the last 15-20 minutes penalty free and we may have done it.

Having said that you have to give credit to Saints everytime they went near our line they made it count.

Had to queue to the ticket office. It was ~100m long when I joined it. Took over 30mins to get them and I got in and stood in my spot just as the game started.

As a neutral I agree with the above and that your team gave you something to be proud of.

The game was great, especially for a neutral and I really don't think you deserved to lose by that sort of margin. Nice to see that your fans didn't do a Warrington and p*** off before the end just because they were losing.

Lawrence's second try was absolutely brilliant.

Saints' experience told in the end. They stepped it up at the right times, took advantage of penalties etc and we lost our way a little.

We played the better rugby but they played smarter rugby, learned from experience of the big occasion.

As a Saints fan of some 40 years, I was at the game on friday with my dad whos 85 and my lad whos 24. To a man we all applauded your fans at the Eddington End - an absolute credit to your team and our great game. it was great to see both sets of fans applaud both sets of players and gilly and Mace spent an age with the handicapped speccies at the main stand after the game.
