Think it was proof that the new playoff format is a complete joke
The team finishing top doesn't get much of an advantage now, and whoever lost tonight was still in it
Before tonight, a Leeds win would have meant a place in the Grand Final
A nothing game in the grand scheme of things, and I'm surprised even 11,000 bothered to turn up

Weekend off = has shown enough times in the past not to be a particular advantage
Pick of oppenents = if anything, gives major motivation to the opponents, those being the team deemed most likely to be beaten

True finishing top means nothing much than a hub cap.
It's still a game you have to win to get home advantage in the semi's though. |
