Correct the competition is about winning the GF, that at the end of the competition is all that counts, Leeds are the best team this season, Wire were the best team up to the play off's, we came joint 5th.
In fact from where Leeds were when be handed them their backsides in April to where we ended up, there is no doubt we are NOT Yorkshires number 1 side, that clearly goes to Leeds (albeit I don't like to admit it, it's true, there's no dispute.
Yes we're getting closer, but there's still a BIG step for us to make, will we do it? who knows, but we'll give it a mighty big go.

If the season was first past the post,Leeds would employ a different strategy ,but its all about timing your run in to the play offs .If you burn yourselves out throughout the qualifying regular season games then you are not getting the super league competion concept.I firmly believe Leeds would have also got to the final last year and won SL if not for injuries to JP and McGuire

Haven't read his press conference.
So all the moanalots on the Leeds forum half way through the season,knew that with their side playing crap at that time it was just all part of the master plan.BTW 'hate' is a very strong word,and can be used out of context. |
