| Last year- as already acknowledged by a few kr fans on here- we brought plenty, ask yourself why a large number of those fans haven't allowed themselves to be fleeced again this year.
If only support determined league position eh- kr would be..... Well pretty much where they are now and giants wouldn't be second in the table and looking forward to a CC QF- hey ho.

| Quote: nick hkr "Oh my word, I can't believe some Rovers fans feel the need to come on and start having a pop about how many fans came over.
We don't take the same amounts as we used to, financial times effect all of us and I know I have only done the Magic weekend this year due to counting the pennies.
Add to this that people may have had to swap their Monday shifts to make at least one game this week (go see them play Saints or HKR...tough choice!). Then the thought of having to watch the game from Holland is hardly going to entice someone to travel over.
Credit to you guys that came over. Not many complaining about the short turn around. You managed a shorter turn around over the Easter fixtures and won both games so know your players are fit enough. They did look pretty shot tonight and I'd expect more if it was on Sunday afternoon.
Ta'ai was immense and Dobson was totally thrown from his regular game due to this pressure of him in front of him all game. It did allow Burns to impose himself though which was the difference.
Brough looked far from his form of late but that's to be expected as not many players can be at their best every week.
Just wish this portion of our fans would lay off other clubs and their travelling support, concentrate on our own fan base as a <7k home crowd is poor regardless of away support when 2 or 3 years ago we were getting surplus of 8k at games.'"
How many Rovers fans have come on here and had a go about the Giants supporters exactly?

| What makes me laugh is the fact fans come onto our forum to have a dig at out support.
Do they drum up thier support? Go door to door raising the profile of the club? Bring New fans with them?
Orrrr do they turn up to thier team with several thousand like minded individuals!
It would be ace if we had 3000 travelers and 10000 home fans but we don't? Answers you tell us!

| from what they used to bring in the early days, rovers support has been poor for a few years at our place now.
cant blame people for not turning up last night, I certainly wasn't gonna pay £20 for facilities like that.
well done on the win though.

Not sure what the problem is. Ask your fans who went last night about the view they had along the touchline and they'll speak very favourably on the view. The south stand wasn't open and I don't think the club had any intentions of opening it.
Take it you'll be going next season?

Craven Park isn't segregated and I don't anticipate that it will change when the new stand opens.

| Easty: The view on the side was crap. You couldnt see half the ground because of the Perspex cycle shelters the players were sat it.
HTH.

signed form new zealand warriors pre season.
missed all pre season with us due to visa issues and taken an age to get him fit.
worth the wait now though!!
£19 in lastnight side on, nice surprise thought it was £22 as advertised on the website.
all giants fans went side on too no one behind the sticks.
those stupid shelters did get in the way on occasions though!!

| I had no problem going when the golf stand was up as even though facilities were basic, the view, albeit, from behind the posts was fairly good. when the new stand is open, yes I shall return to craven park.

| Brearley - they didnt open the south terrace because we hadnt sold enough tickets to warrant it is what we were told.
The view was ok down the side - if you were 6'4 or over ,or if play was in the same half but a bit silly to stick the bus shelters in the middle like that, why not just at the side of the tunnel ?
I dont know why KR fans cant see why fans wont come to their ground - it isn't rocket science after all
