I have every respect for Brad Drew and have no doubts that he could do a job for us for one season.

I am concerned that Browns injury is serious and that he will be out longer term. We need some cover in the halves and at Hooker. Drew gives us that.

Is Brown's injury the same as the one Aspinwall had which required a full knee reconstruction?

according to the club they are in no rush to do a scan. They have said that it is a medial ligament. I am sure i read somewhere that KB thinks he has done his Cruciate as well and is worried he could be out for 9 months.
If it is his cruciate it probably would be an Aspy type reconstruction.

anybody else noticed he`s never played against us since leaving.first year injured i think but this season he played the week before and week after.could he of had some kind of clause in his contract.i know he comes to as many games as poss.
