Just a shame that instead of seeing 2 top games between SL's top sides this week, we have seen a weather/error strewn one, and another where Hull are so busted and injured we could only hang-on for 40mins.

not the best of starts from giants today and was a bit worried at 14-0 down, but the try just before half time was a big boost as was ther one just after half time!!

though danny brough was awesome again today, he seems to be getting better and needs to play for england

greg eden was brilliant today too with no errors

Cheers mate....the big difference today was your bench...you had 2 kiwi internationals,a aussie international and england knights player...we had 3 U-20s (1 on debut) and the superb Whiting.in the end the power told.Was good experience for our youngsters and Gentle isnt afraid to blood them either...unlike the other tit we had.

Thing is Hull have got a ready made excuse because of the squad they put out but lets be honest, even their 1st choice 13 would have struggled to contain our backs on that performance but we wont get any credit because of the team they put out which is a huge shame because we totally blew them away with some scintillating attacking rugby.

I always find these types of comments a bit strange.

Your backs may not have been able to play that attacking rugby if our forwards had been on the field.
