You missed the intended meaning of the original post. It was not to highlight how long Gaskell has been injured for , or how many games he has missed through injuries, but the nature of his 'injuries'. He lets the team down regularly at the last minute by pulling out for a variety of reasons at the last moment, throwing the teams plans into chaos. This has occurred regularly enough for it to be viewed as a habit. It appears to me that when given the chance to miss a game, he takes it.

Played well yes, just wish he would stop pulling out of games at last minute

Or is it rather that he’s trying to play them when really he should call himself unfit sooner? Or are our staff telling him he shouldn’t play? .
See we really can’t point the finger if we don’t know the facts.

Fact is he disappears at the last minute regularly with no warning that it's coming. Other players don't. We tend to lose the games where this occurs... heavily
