Why would Robbo and Grix sign new contracts to then leave. It doesn't make any sense.

I was gutted missing the game yesterday but this has more than made up for it! Fantastic news!!!

i would like to see Kopczak signed up for next year. I do not know the ins and outs of the the salary cap but since the start of the season we have lost

Kaufusi, Lunt, Hughes, Bailey, Broughton and Mullally.

In have come Smith, Rapira, Patrick and Hinchcliffe.

No i am aware Rapira and Hichcliffe will not have come on the cheap but it is still currently six out 4 in. And maybe seven out if Kopczak goes. I also still have my doubts that Patrick will still be here by the start of next season.

We have also signed people on contracts e.g leroy maybe on more money now, so we would have to see but with signing smith and rapira coming in, koppy might not be seen as first choice by Anderson next year, so going and earning more money somewhere else while playing is what I would expect to happen.

also a lot of people presuming Hinchcliffe coming in as a 9, for me I can't see that we already have wood,robbo,leaming I would have thought Hinchcliffe to take over at 13 basing on that, next year maybe having to many second rowers unless wardle is going back into the centre position when ferres returns

But on the plus side to that competition for places and some good quality depth in the squad

Anderson already stated Hinchcliffe will play hooker. I would doubt Leroy will have had a massive increase in contract because if anything he has gone backwards since the last contract.

Like you I don't know the Ins and outs of the Cap, but it's possible they may be manoeuvring so they can have a crack at re-signing McGillveray, He will surely want more money to stay. Will smith be cheaper than Kopczak, and do we need both.

I would certainly expect Mcgillvary wants more and after his performances this season then he has every right to expect a decent long term contract. I have every belief the club will offer him what he wants and as a home grown player I have every confidence he will accept the offer.

Two more in. I fully expect Patrick will move on so would possibly expect a new second row. Also would expect us to look for a young winger to provide back up to the two first choice wingers.

Another winger Stella? We have some good academy players in that position I suspect that is the way the club may go if needed,

If we do then great but they would have to be at the stage were they could cope with a run of games in Super league as any injuries to Mcgillivary and Murphy and we have no cover.
