| As a Salford fan I'm pretty sure that Home advantage will see you through on this one. We've not clicked yet as a side for any length of time, but have shown glimpses of what we can do. We are due to click at some point and put a complete performance in. Whether it's this week is anyone's guess. Regardless of results, Harris has really changed the attitude and especially defensive frailties we had earlier in the year. It's not perfect, but it's getting there. We're definitely not as poor as the table suggests.
I'd be highly surprised if Locke plays. He's in the 19 but I think he will sit this one out, and make his debut at home against Hull. Young Evalds will probably play FB and has been fantastic there so far since coming in. Caton-Brown will probably make his debut against you however.
I think you'll have too much for us this week, but I think it will be tight. I can see a very close affair.

| As Salford are most likely safe from relegation they don't have much to play for, therefore I think they will hold back from playing Locke simply so they can push massive promotion for the home game next week!

| One of our bogey sides - along with Wire. Salford always seem to up their game against us - and can be dangerous when they spread the play quickly. Did that at away game earlier in season but let themselves down through dropping ball or trying miracle balls.
Hope for a C&G win but we will need to match them at their expansive game rather than battering up the middle. Should have too much for them especially at home though.
COYG.

| Table suggests this should be a simple win.
Looking at the team sheets I'm not confident.
Watching our performances I'm not confident.
Our record against Salford doesn't make me confident.
With the way we are playing we are either due a solid performance taking a huge step forward OR our ball handling skills and penalties we give away will finally catch up with us.
I think we'll win this one but on skill not hard work.

| I will be coming to the game tomorrow from Salford. Please can someone tell me if tickets will be on sale at the game, or do they need to be purchased in advance? Also, which stand is for the away fans?
I am really looking forward to it. I think you'll beat us, but with any luck we can make it a competitive game.
Best of luck!

I've got my ticket and it says the Britannia Rescue Stand turnstiles 25-31, ticket was £21!
Can anyone tell which is the best pub to go in for away fans someone tells me it's the Turnbridge?

I'm not sure about one for us Salford fans, but my favourite pub in Huddersfield is definitely The Sportsman - absolute belter of a pub and the food is great.

Tickets are available on the day- cash at the turnstiles (you should try it -it's the future!) but it's cheaper if you buy in advance and our website do a "click and collect" service. South stand is the away stand.
As for where Salford away fans go- there aren't usually many but there's no one particular place - home and away fans can frequent turnbridge on st Andrews road, gas club just off there, Ricky's on Leeds road (!) or rope walk next door to ground. If you are coming on the train the sportsman is an award winning real ale pub you can visit on the way to the ground.

| I like the sound of the Gas club i hear it's really cheap ale as well. How far is this from the station? And is this close to the ground?

| For the Gas club come out of the station and walk straight ahead through the square, past the George Hotel, and carry on straight down to the ring road traffic lights, carry on straight ahead past the bed place and turn right onto Gasworks street, the club is on the left next to the huge gasometer.
The Britannia rescue stand is the one to the right of the usual away stand.
