Regardless of the result I cannot see you not winning the LLS unless you completely capitulate. Out last 4 league games are Hudds, Catalan (away) Hull and Leeds and with a cup final tossed in and amongst that. That is a tall order for any team. Add to that the emotional/mental drain of being at Wembley which has clearly affected teams in recent years. Hopefully Wanes policy on rotation will put us in good stead but i think the top 3 will finish Hudds, Wire, Wigan.

The LLS is NOT the same as "winning the league".

LLS is Winning the league. Its exactly the same.
Winning the Grand Final is winning the Grand Final.

Spot on Wadski, winning the Grand final means you are crowned -'Super League Champions'.
The LLS is for the team who 'wins' the League - ie the top team on the league ladder !!

after the wigan game i think the bradford away game will be a real tough one for us..would love to go there though with a win meaning the LLS

I think wakey and bradford will be tough as those teams need to pick up wins to get into top 8.

I think we'll finish 3rd if we lose on Friday. As Jools says Bradford and Wakefield will be tough and I think we'll be struggling with confidence if we lose. Lucky we're going to win!

This is exactly my point,idiots like this prove the RFL are clueless IMO the biggest reward should be for the team most consistent over a 28 game season, not a team that wins 4 games at the end, that really is meaningless!!!

No it isn't. It's fundamentally different.

At the start of the competition every team know the rules.

"Winning the League" is a valid phrase in Football. At the end of the weekly rounds, the team that finishes top of the league table has WON the league.

Under the current SL structure, finishing on top of the league table after the weekly rounds is not the primary objective of the competition. The LLS means zip. The competition is all about Old Trafford.

You have your point of view regarding what the biggest reward should be. However, those are the rules of the competition set out before a single ball was kicked. Every team knows this and should play to them.
