Easter. A pivotal time of year in terms of our recent history. I was at Crusaders, I was at Salford. Both memorable for the wrong reasons. The Crusaders game in particular we looked completely shattered. It was a warm day but even so. I don't think it'll be quite as warm this year though eh!

We need to win GF & EM to make a statement and if we play to our potential we should be winning both.

As it stands he will play. Anderson stated he picked up a couple of knocks against wire but is good to go. And brough has said he is going to be leading the easter challenge himself. So looking good on the brough front.

so gaskell plays for salford on friday...big boost for them

Last chance saloon for him as far a Super League goes I feel, needs to do what Foster did at Hull and get his career back on track, not sure he will do so but fair play if he proves me wrong.

He's a good player - just like Lunt. Just because brown isn't playing him doesn't necessarily mean he's not up to scratch- we should know more than most!
Gaskell was playing very well and being touted as the next best thing by a range of people- not just those at saints. Think we have missed a trick. I feel in terms of our team we are a half back away from winning silverware.

Has he Lunt's attitude to prove people wrong, the next few months will tell and his attitude will probably dictate where he is next season much more than his ability.
