The side out there was irrelevant. It was a half a4sed attitude that cost us this game.
If that team had played to its full potential I believe it would have won. It didn't. It barely went through the motions.
Very disappointing.

Huddersfield boss Nathan Brown:
"We weren't at the races from the start but Salford are a hard team to beat and maybe some of our players did not give them the credit they deserve.
"When opponents kick off in the second half and score those are signs that maybe we were not hungry enough.
"We will have learned a lot from this. There was always going to be an upset over the Easter weekend - unfortunately it was us."

At the risk of repeating myself I want to reiterate that if the side out there today had shown up I believe they would have won. Salford played very well. They completed their sets, they kicked the ball well and we did the bang opposite. They then had something to hang on to and did so.
Bear in mind though that even with them at their best and us at our abject worst we were 4 tries apiece.
