The bottom line is there is a small but rather loud percentage of Rugby League supporters who don't like change! Any change, be it the style of play, the clubs league position or a smaller clubs success, it causes a kind of whining hysteria with a touch of the green eyed monster disguised as a crusade for the greater good of the game, when really it is nothing more than a cover for a few stale brains out of their comfort zone! In their 'league utopia' we'll have the usual challenge cup finalists every year, Grand finalist must be one of the big clubs. Lower teams must roll over as required for the 'big clubs'. and let them put fifty past you. No-one can lay on apart from those that have been doing it for years, and use the so-called tactics of the giants' unless it's your own team doing it, then its fine!

There are some very jealous folk out there, for sure. Thankfully there are also some very gracious folk that far outweigh the small minded oiks.

As I said to my dad (who is like a giddy 3 year old at the moment) if we are going to lose then I don't mind it being Huddersfield, their fans would appreciate it as much as we would. Their a good bunch.
