| I get both and think it is close between the two. Some of the articles and columns in League weekly are very good but they let themselves down by terrible match reports by people who obviously do not know a lot about rugby. The ratings out of ten for players are a joke as well.

Not as bog a joke as in The Examiner. If we win everyone gets at least 8 points and if we lose most get 5 or 6 whilst one may get 8 or 9. Very predictable.

The Giants match reports in RL weekly are shocking. This week Robinson got 9 out of 10 yet at the bottom the man of the match goes to someone with 8 out of 10.
Generally our backs get 7 or 8 out of ten while the props are luck to get 6 because the reporter does not have a clue. They also regualry have the wrong players down in the match report.

| Charlotte Henbest, formerly Parker I believe, does our match reports in League Weekly as a rule. She isn't the best IMO.

| I wasn't going to name names but she's the one. Her knowledge of the game and use of grammar are not good.

| League Weekly is for flat earthers
League express is better, but the letters page is filled with letter from people who should read League Weekly.

I thought the letters page was like the Viz one?

Somewhere in the dust of time rest the bones of the Galilean
He who was spat upon. He whose face was marred beyond all human likeness
Somewhere buried among the lies of the past rests the tomb of Yeshua
Of he who was made God in a world without Hope.
And when this son of Joseph is found. What then will the Church of Rome say?
Prepare yourself for the day is coming. And men will say
"Blessed are the wasted lives who perished in the flames of the holy war": |

| Not read the Rugby Leaguer/League Weekly since the "Ace Ventura" match report after our win at Featherstone in 1995.

| I prefer the RLE but one area I feel they let themselves and TGG down is the letters page.
They regularly print negative letters from supporters slagging off other clubs for one reason or another.
Typical example in this weeks of a Cas 'fan' slagging the Giants crowd at the CCQF.
(Had to smile reading the results from SL round 15 in the same edition where our crowd exceeded Cas when both games were televised)
Often thought about writing a letter about this subject. Would that make me as bad as the rest? But it does rile me.
