I cannot comment on this incident as I genuinely have no idea what you are talking about, plus Eorl is lacking nastiness and mongrel to commit an offence like that, maybe a weak point of his is that he is too nice!!
But I would be very surprised if "They got away with it" as the disciplinary panel do review the whole game now and would certainly pay particular attention to instances where a penalty occurred. That is factual as I have 2 good friends who are on the disciplinary committee.
If Green is injured then I hope he has a speedy recovery.
