Not sure if i see him at Full back though. He seems to run and hands off like a centre ( seems like a big lad as well). Not sure where he will end up playing but looks to have the temperament and skill set to develop into a useful player.

Durham even Anderson has said he isn't sure where Connors best position is- perhaps we should stick with him at fullback- wardle and leroy are excellent centres with many years in front of them, one more year on grixs contract....

Full back for me with the way he took those kicks. And get him running at a broken line, oh yeah.

Looks a great prospect, just the one mistake in a massive game.

He joined in the attack quite nicely, obviously some development to come but he can take a massive boost in confidence after last nights performance.



What I really enjoyed was the way he took the line on to get his try, I don't think Grix does that enough - he can create trys with a good pass or kick but I'd like to see him take on the line a bit more when joining the attack. Either way it's reassuring to know the Giants have a back-up full-back that is capable.

Jake Connor has been very impressive in the 2 games he's played, lets hope he continues to get 1st team chances and becomes a top player for us.

Made some dodgy decisions last night in defence, not always under pressure either.



I think he'd been picked out by Paul Anderson as the weakest link, judging by his "enthusiastic" reaction to McGillvary going over in the corner.

No doubting that... your coach was positively enraged that you hadn't chosen to do that at least 5 times before the try was scored.



Teams have been scoring against us like that all season.

No doubt Riley can be a liability, but his knee jerk reactions and arm flapping wouldn't happen if our defence was able to slide properly down that side of the field. No excuse for dropping the high kick like.



But for what he usually lacks in defence he did come up with some good defensive plays last night, made a great tackle on Cudjoe near our line and charged down Robinson's kick which went out on the full which resulted in us scoring via Atkins, so swings and roundabouts.
