is there going to be any news on o'donnell???????????? maybe he fell out with the players when the revolt happened and stuck up for nathan brown... or is it a season ending injury again

i dont think the team was far wrong on sunday apart from murphy moving to full back and dropping gilmore.

hard to pick a team when you dont have all the team fit...o'donnell and wardle would go straight into my team.
molloy is out for the season and looks like walker is too.

crabtree/mason to start us off in the pack with patrick/faalogo to keep the size when interchanging.

i still like kev brown, but could argue to put robinson in place of him and put faiumu at hooker interchanging with moore.


then if form drops or injuries we have the likes of lee, grix, gilmour and eden to come in (jeez just looking at those replacements its clear we lack a prop!)

I'd put Eden at fullback

He is too good to drop I think, especially after the mare Grix had at 1, and the howler Murphy made - his attacking play is so much better than Murphy's

I like Murphy, but he is cover for Eden, George & Gerry - if they are fit they play ahead of him in my opinion.

Is my team for Sunday, and in all honesty that team can turn over anyone in the league.

I don't see how the howler Murphy made is any worse than the 2 or 3 we are guaranteed from Eden? Up until Sunday's game no one had a bad word to say against Murphy. I really like Eden and his attacking flair but at this moment in time we need to sure up our defence and from what I have seen this season Murphy is our best defensive choice at full back. Eden needs to work on his basics and cutting his error count down a little bit, then he will give the coach no choice.

Murphy showed his short comings at Widnes and for me is a winger or nothing (though after that game some Wakefield fans stuck up for him and obviously they have seen more of him at Full Back), for me Eden is the present and the future and we need to stick with him as the potantial is there and learning from his mistakes is part of his development curve and if we squeeze him out some other club will come in and reap the benefit from what he has done for us so far this season.

Looks like you lot want Kev Brown gone now.

Your peception knows no bounds and I think if he had left in June no tears would have been shed. Think if budgets/salary cap had allowed he would have gone straight away but like Nathan his career at Giants will have a cloud hanging over the end of it and that is a real shame.

exactly..that is prob the first mistake ive seen murphy make, dropping one ball!!!

i dont think he is fast enough for the wing though, would like to see him have a run at full back, very good in defence and would give the players infront of him more confidence.. i dont think they have confidence in eden.

eden came to us as a winger too...though that was a disaster when he played at widnes!

i dont think we will squeeze eden out, hes just signed up to a new contract...sure he knows hes still got alot of learning to do, when he signed he wouldnt of dreamed he would of started this many games in super league..his time will come again

murphy was a centre at wakey thats where he should be playing here with the injury to waddle . next year we need a 6 first and 2 props depending on who is leaving we may need anouther half back,2nd row or hooker

I agree with That Kevin Brown has been very good for us and i would hate to see that blighted by a poor ending to this season.

Have a lot of time for Brown and wish him all the best.
