I always want Giants fans to go to games. Though PBG makes a very good point re where the money goes.

I will not get too dewy eyed about wakey. the ground is atrocious, a terrible way to treat rugby fans. Small suppliers were shafted when the club entered a cva and players had to go to court to get their contracts honoured and there is much more that besmirches TGG. Now that could be put down to 'management'.

But it is more than that. There are the 'fans' who have spend a decade tugging their forelocks whenever Ted is about / still needing to shout 'teapot' at England international Griffin (plus foul mouthed abuse) / insult Ken Davy at the drop of a hat / claim the giants are tenants at the Galpharm / disclose ex players personal financial details etc. Some of this vile lot have gone quiet given the dire position of wakey, But notice how they crept out of the woodwork and were crowing when opp was granted. So i think some fans do 'deserve' the crap they are going through.

I'll be there supporting the Giants U20s.

another point on the rivalry part - i wont ever forget the hatred and bitterness towards our club from some Wakey fans on here so as harsh as it sounds i hope those fans - and they know who they are - end up having no club to support as a punishment for some of the things that were said and suggested against our club and our clubs people !!

In the papers Brown said it would be a mix and refered to Lunt and Kirmond getting a game + a few first team props. The rest will be reserve players a la Batley.
