Great stuff, what a decent article too!

Eorl, you are an absolute legend and a true club man. A hero for the giants and a player who in my view will now be a fixture in the international setup for the best part of his career. Whatakes this a great piece of news is that we are able to retain quality players who can commit safe in the knowledge that playing for the giants will not hinder there representative chances. Well done eorl and the giants , I really am chuffed to bits with this news!

No doubt whatsoever that many SL clubs would want Eorl.

I don't think there's a side in the league that wouldn't like to have a player like Eorl in their side. He's always been a hard worker in defence but is now consistently causing opposition defences major headaches himself. He has good feet, great hands and when he gets going he can really shift.

No doubt he'll be getting some form of ovation when he comes onto the pitch on Sunday. Nice timing as well by the club, may well bring a few more down to the game.

The man has Claret & Gold for blood! When I first heard this news, I was made up for Him & Helen. Security & just reward for a hard working individual who has given loyalty to his home town club.

Looking on the stats page of the superleague site I notice that Eorl is joint top of offloads with 43 for the season.

Griff is still contracted next year isn't he?

I believe he and Jacko are both out of contract at the end of this season.
