| From the club:-
'The stewards have clear instructions in both the DG South lower and BR South end as to where to put the Rhino supporters.' ..... 'There are plenty of seats in the blocks towards the JS end where they can sit which is where they will be directed on safety grounds.'
Not entirely sure how the stewards will be able to differentiate between Giants and Rhinos fans (unless wearing colours of course) and as the concourse is an open area for accessing the Britannia stand it might be fun...
Oh and over 10,000 now expected so let's hope the weather forecast doesn't stop the ombrophobes actually turning up..

| Quote: GiantDee "Not sure what is so difficult with the concept that if you have an unreserved ticket you don't sit in a reserved seat? Is education really that poor in the City of Leeds?'"
I think the issue here is that once you make it unreserved the reserved seats then become invalid and therefore are available to anyone...Its basically saying its unreserved seating ie sit where you like but only in the seats you are told to ...which is confusing in my eyes never mind away fans.

| Daz every game there's tickets sold which say unreserved ie those who buy at the discount rate but it's never a problem, I can't see it being confusing as it's the norm. Instead of issuing allocated seating to season ticket holders they just prove as in league games the seat is theirs which is basically the same as allocated seats.

| @leedsrhinos We've sold 4,830 tickets for @TetleysChCup v Giants so far..
@leedsrhinos Couple of answers to some questions on twitter regarding tomorrow's game at Huddersfield that have cropped up on twitter...
@leedsrhinos We've sold tickets in John Smiths Stand (behind the posts), Direct Golf lower (side with tunnel) and Britannia Rescue (side opposite tunnel)
@leedsrhinos John Smiths Stand and Direct Golf Stand Lower are now sold out and you must have a ticket for these stands if you want to go in there
@leedsrhinos All seats unallocated so will be first come, first served where you sit in your stand, if you've a large group arrive early to get together

| But the policy is no different from any Super League game at the John Smith's Stadium.
For example, if you buy a ticket in advance for our forthcoming League fixture against Leeds that ticket will be marked unreserved seating, it entitles you to sit in any unoccupied seat in the particular stand you have chosen other than a seat marked "Giants Reserved".
A ticket marked unreserved seating entitles you to sit in an unreserved seat, it really is that simple.
The arrangements for tomorrow are exactly the same as any normal SL fixture, the only difference being that the lower Direct Golf stand will be busier than normal.
The fact that Leeds have been sending out the wrong message by twitter does not help, that will certainly increase confusion. That is leeds Rhinos fault not Huddersfield Giants

| Should keep it simple. Buy a ticket for a certain stand and sit where you want within that stand. Season tickets are for SL only. Season ticket holders have paid the same price as everybody else so the same rules should apply.
Will be interesting to see how this turns out.

It seems that the giants haven't communicated the correct information, you can't blame the away team in this case.

Except that hidden away in all the season ticket blurb is the "benefit" that season ticket holders will be entitled to a buy a ticket for thier specific seat at cup ties.

Do you really think Huddersfield Giants have put into place stewarding arrangements to guide Leeds fans to areas where there are unreserved seats yet told Leeds Rhinos to tell thier fans they can sit in any seat?
The seating policy is the same as every other Giants match at the JSS, it is Leeds' twitter that has it wrong. Who is responsible for Leeds Rhino's twitter?

| It's not just twitter they've posted this info up on. But it could just mean the south stand where there is no restriction to where you can sit whereas in the other stands there are.

| Has anyone posted the correct info on the Leeds board? Perhaps you could do it wishy- speaking from a position of authority on the matter!

| I have and was told it was silly. They believe their website and twitter yet we all know it's a perk of being a season ticket holder you can still have your seat in cup ties even if you have an unreserved ticket providing you prove it's your seat.

At the end of the day some will excercise that right and ask someone to move but others will accept it is an out of the ordinary situation and sit elsewhere as which ever way you look at it having a big crowd is what all season ticket holders want and sitting in slightly different seats to normal will be a price worth paying to most people I'd say.
