Jack Flynn is a fantastic young prospect. I’m looking forward to see him develop. But he’s behind where Butterworth was at his age. That’s not to say he won’t eventually be better with Woolford and Robbo coaching him.
Re Butterworth Clearly the professional coaches must see more in him than you do.

At same age as jack reiss was playing academy rugby for bulls, he’s one year older than him so I’m intrigued as to why you think at this stage last year reiss was so far ahead? He didn’t play a single first team game for bulls so that’s why i wonder why it’s perceived he’s gonna be ready for super league, he can’t play Academy and we won’t have a reserves

Me personally was happy enough with o’brien Has he had been playing regularly in the league below and had some experience, Butterworth had not and if he’s third hooker where’s he going to play? How’s he going to develop without playing? Send him on loan to Batley Like you did? He couldn’t get a game in league one so had to move to championship, don’t get why he didn’t play for you

The point is some of our fans just like a good moan-and complain about most things the club do, or don’t do. .

We needed a starting hooker with experience, we were already too young without a 17 yo starting hooker. Flanagan has more impact off bench for us. He's a good player who I expect will be loaned out by you guys for the season

Butterworth needs to be playing. He's got potential for sure but it won't be realised unless he gets a season long loan at a club that will play him every week. Do you lot dual reg with anyone?

Reiss has played first team for the Bulls last year. One game he played scrum half against Halifax and definitely stood out in that game. He played a few others at hooker and did well. He also had a good month on loan at Batley, which was a strange one with them obviously being a division higher. He should have played more this season as he needs to be playing. Kear obviously wasn't prepared to play him for his own reasons. I wish him well at Huddersfield and playing under Woolford should really help him

Edit just seen Bullseyes comment above and agree he needs a full season in a first team environment as it will bring him on no end for me.

It’s one of them we can’t afford to keep him on the contract level he deserves when he’s not a first team choice for us.

Loan him to a champ club for a season and you’ll have a ready made superleague player. He’s going to be good imo.
