You could try BBC Radio Manchester, it's as good a shot as any.

| Bloomin hell we don’t half make things difficult for ourselves at times. In the first half you’d think that the 17 had just got off the plane from oz not the coach they were so flat and lethargic.
I thought leeming made a difference in the second half- was causing them alsorts of problems round the ruck.
Another win and two more points. - that’s all that matters now!

| Great to get the win tonight against our bogey team!
Onwards and upwards now with players coming back from injury and the new coach here, hope we can make it to the semi finals of the cup.... and finish in the top 8!

Did we have any other stand out players jools, or was it pretty much a grind, We do seem to be going in the right direction at last.

| thought the first half we were really poor and was thinking here we go again with salford
we struggle in the backs to make any serious yardage apart from mcgillvary, something thats going to need to be addressed for next season, cudjoe may help on that score.
seems brough wants to bomb high balls now everytime on the last tackle, new tactic, some worked most didnt.
second half was much better though, although it could have been game over if rankin didnt make that try saving tackle on evalds.
leeming i thought had his best game for us in a very very long time apart from that pass to evalds!
ikahihifo ran with lots of intent lastnight too.
smith got alot of plaudits for his performance , still only 25 i believe.
salford tried to rough us up but we matched them, great to get back in the winnign habit, 4 on the trot now.. will have to play better to beat catalans.
great to see woolford at the end with the fans, thorman deserves alot of credit for his work too.

Maybe better that than the previous habit of a good 30mins and fading Jools !! As they say come good at the business end where it counts !!
Then again --a full 80 mins WOULD be preferable!
But as you say --2 points is what counts !
Keep it up lads!
And as the Salford players gloated to fans in the B R stand when they beat our weakened squad recently --nice to get one back!!

Rankin very solid at the back- try saver on evalds was brilliant- you could see the intent on his face to track across and make the tackle.
Turner was good and kept things ticking, Smith was very solid, Mellor also looked lively. Seb was poor in the first half - went off with a head injury-then came back on and was like a beast- back to the Seb of last year. Can someone please smack him across the head each week as they leave the dressing room if that is what it does!!!

| Just watched highlights. Gaskell for first try in totally wrong position inside Turner instead of on his centre leading to Sau getting a walk in and then for last try gets totally swatted aside like a fly. Please dual reg asap, or sat on the sidelines until he decides if he wants to sit out his bloated contract and never play again afterwards or decides to take a lower contract at a championship side.

Completely disagree. Turner clearly came in when he didn't need to.
Gaskell was defending inside Turner all game, so he can5 llt have been outnof position as that was clearly his defensive position. Gaskell had his man, and Turner came in. Mis read by Turner, it happens.
Final try he got brushed off by a player who has been doing that to players all his career. People miss tackles, it is what it is.
I'm not quite understanding the scapegoating of Gaskell, especially when we have just won 4 games in a row....

| Because he's on silly money and on ability/desire is only going to be used as cover. I really don't like the way he has pulled out of at least two games more or less during the warm up without a 'real' injury which leaves the game plan in total disarray.
if he was indeed defending inside Turner then why? Can only really be because he isn't big enough to stop Sau, which means he isn't skilfull enough to play in the halves and isn't big enough to defend in the centre, i.e. a waste of cap money.

If he’s defending inside of turner- then surely he’s defending against forwards rather than backs???? So bigger guys than sau!!!
Our halves often defend on the outside- it’s so they aren’t tired out against the big pack guys- brough often defends our wide....

| I've never played in or watched a team that I can remember where the centre didn't defend inside the half back... As jools says it allows the half to not have to expend too much energy tackling, and often the half is a weaker defender. There are legitimate criticisms to be made of Gaskell; defending inside his HB is not one.
