The thing I want to see from stone.....is any improvement in any area - as in some respects (defence) we've seemingly gone backwards-

We will be fighting it out for the wooden spoon with Widnes this year, who are equally poor. As for defence, i think to save time it would be better to award the opposition a try as soon as they get into our 20 as we have utterly no idea how to defend it.

We've improved in regards to fitness & squad depth (not the same as strength) but beyond that I'm not even sure we've maintained let alone improved.

Having said that, to be fair to RS, he has always said he's working on a long term solution but I'm pretty sure even he didn't expect the performances to date.

The thing I want to see from Stone is the back of him, he's absolutely clueless in every aspect of the game. I've got a budget flight ticket to Australia and it's got Richard Stone written all over it.

Too many players not doing anywhere near enough, whether that is through personal effort or they are simply not good enough for this level only the players themselves will know.

What i will say is that Castleford are a bloody damn good team and i can't see anyone being anywhere near them if they keep this up, any other day apart from against my own team and it would have been a joy to watch that, saying that our defence was like the proverbial butter to their hot knife most times.

Think we need to 'do a Hull' and let the players be honest with each other because some of ours are letting this club down badly at the moment, i get told off for being too positive at times but even i'm having to think hard for some these days.

Not just Brough and Murphy that was the problem then. I thought it was Brough who had been Crap all season who had been costing us games, and Murphy who is supposed to be well past it.

Well, as I posted a few days ago, I expected a lot closer game. The worrying thing would be for me, if I was a Giants fan, that we were very scrappy at times and were frustrating to watch at times. Taking Salford out of the equation its the worst we have been so far this season, especially at home. I felt for McGilvary, he put more effort in on his own than most of the rest put together and ran the ball back with real intent. I'd love to see him in a Cas shirt being given the service that our wingers get. Whats happened to Cudjoe? He didn't look interested.
