Hmm will look again in morning. But hudds were 2nd best in all areas tonight. You could argue that hudds laid on all game despite new rules and got away with it.

I think we were very, very lucky to have that try awarded. For me, you could see Chase with his hands on the ball as it came loose and it should have been disallowed.
However, we have had some really bad VR calls over the last couple of years!

anyone who says it was a try then go specsavers. i was at the game and at 1st i thought hes knocked on try but got home watched it and its clear chase has ripped the ball

Just watched it again, I think Kevin Brown gives it away when he tells Ganson he had his ARM pulled, moving the arm is fine because that isn't stripping the ball.

Doesn,t matter what you or anyone else thinks,according to the VR,and the scoreboard it was a try,no amount of watching replays is going to change it,ever.

Watched the decision and thought that Grix was tackled inside the field of play so Pen Hudds. Ganson did not call it ,for whatever reason, so play on. Chase definitely has his hands on the ball then somebody grabs Chase which could have lead to the ball coming loose, so benefit of the doubt.

To be fair 2 on 1 ripping happens in every game. Griffin did it on Holmes in the 2nd half which didn't get seen when we were 10 yard out. So it makes up for that. Eitherway the conversion was missed and we still won by 6 points.




Just so you know. I thought it was ripped but like I said it works both ways when Ganson missed Griffins 2 on 1 rip.

Just about to say that myself CATW, every team does it, i haven't watched it back yet, but at the end of the day the try was given, the game was won, not much you can do now really
