I agree looks like Brough is off to Wakey and we are getting Grix in exchange. I have heard that Seb is also going and that Rankin and Turner are also not in the coaches mix. I hope that we have a few deals lined up but surely the club should keep us informed on what is planned or not as the case maybe,after feeling very optimistic at the end of last season I am starting to get a bit of deja vu on previous years bad starts to the season. Just for the record I and my family have re newed our season tickets as usual.

You would not run a corner shop the way our club is run the lack of information to fans is both pathetic and sad. As I have said here and many other times elsewhere nothing will change as long as Thewlis in charge. Our syndicate will not be sponsoring a player if Grix is brought back as a player

If you look at Wakey s squad last year and ours and ask the question which one was the best then think about the fact that Wakefield’s squad was £400k cheaper than ours and that illustrates how badly our club has been run with lots of players who are not very good being paid lots more Money than they would get elsewhere.

Us 5 have not renewed as yet. Can’t say anything coming out of the club is encouraging me to do so- telling me s product is cheap isn’t enough- or actually very encouraging.

well obviously a big name halfback to replace Brough is badly required, as one previous poster said, we are spending money on average/poor players like gaskell which restricts out spend on other players. Club has been so badly mismanaged regarding signings over last few years. Wakefield get great value for money , we get terrible

Of all the team and unknowns going on it’s the question marks over Thorman that leaves me most frustrated.
When he was intrim coach it was like a breath of fresh air, the communication we had been begging for over players fitness and selection were being answered. Paired with his passion was just what we needed. Just honesty rather than a club spin or worse yet silence.

Prime example Gaskell, he disappeared from the team sheet after the Wigan game normally no mention would be given and the rumour mill starts refusing to play, sick note, out of favour.... Thorman states he got a cut pans it has got infected....all rumours and Ill feeling stop.

We as fans have not rite to know all the ins and outs but I feel the club would benifit from some information as situations like now Seb/grix/brough/mason/Thorman/uate just spark negativity across the board which could all be sorted with some insight.

Seems like the club are losing momentum and feel good that was built up since Woolford came in. Shame really the platform to get fans on board was there
