| daz is spot on!
there can surely be no blame on the giants as it was agreed in february when cas asked to wear their new away kit to "showcase" it on the first televised game of the weekly rounds, we agreed and so it was agreed that on the return fixture cas would wear their principle kit.so either the RFL or castleford or both forgot or chose to ignore this.
no blame whatsoever on huddersfields part.

why not just have the home team play in their home kit and if it clashes then the away team wears there away kit? it used to be like that years ago

That kit directive has changed, it certainly didn't say that yesterday! And that's probably why other fans were saying it was Hudds fault.

maybe its because people over the years love nothing better than having a pop at us? maybe people are just too thick to realise that " just because we are the home team we should be wearing home shirts" etc maybe people were just to eager to lay the blame without having the first idea about what went wrong?
i think we should be docked points as some of the warrington fans claim we should, for sticking to the original agreement made in february

Apart from those from Warrington who are that desperate that we are deducted points because Cas forgot to pack their principle kit.
They're clearly not scared of Wigan, Saints or Rhino's, but petrified of us, they'll stop at nothing to stop us

No I don't think that's why people were saying it was Hudds fault, tbh I couldn't care less what Huddersfield wear all that matters is what the result was!
In regard to the point deduction, that surely is a joke on the wire forum and I'm sure they are not being serious

I can't quite grasp whether you are making these digs at me or other wire fans who have posted on here.. and I can only speak for myself but I don't care where Warrington or Huddersfield are in the table atm, it's how you finish not how you start.
I'm sure both teams will play some good rugby and will loose a few games, none of us are untouchable.

using the (amended) one that was posted today i guess rather than the one that everyone looked at yesterday. Seems like the RFL have ballsed this up completely.
Also, if you had engaged your brain and chirped up before the rfl had covered their tracks you wouldn't look like the you do right now.

just a bit of banter tis all
but we do know that over warrington way there is some fear of the claret and gold machine nicking their supposed crown come october

Yeah, just been looking at the other forums. Most of the fans seem to blame us for the shirt mix up. Are we bothered ? Ha aha ha...No. There's no such thing as bad publicity. Hope all the daily papers picked it up. More people looking in each week and seeing us win on TV can only improve our crowds. Watching Man Mountain Eorl rampaging through the opposition and Broughy and Brown tormenting them. Ahh, it's good to be a Giants fan at last.

| If this was our fault why 1) were we not in blue and white? 2) the excel doc changed?
Also looking at that excel doc we are in our Alternative kit come the Quins home match in sept as we had wore our Principle kit so that Quins could wear their nice new alternative charity shirt down at the stoop!!
