By the way, Bentham isn't from Warrington but is a member of the Warrington Referees association as there is no association in his home town. He is no Warrington fan.

You can tell people Bentham is a Leigh fan until you're blue in the face, but it doesn't suit peoples agenda's so they won't listen.

Warrington had the choice of opponents and picked the Giants. Cannot see what the big fuss is about. Accept the decision and look forward to the game.
Whoever we played it was going to be a tough game.
From a personal perspective I would have preferred Friday to Thursday because of work and probably struggling to get there now.

I think you've got the wrong end of the stick.

They had made a decision earlier in the week that the victors of the Giants vs. Hull FC game would be the team they would play. That's pretty logical and it also gives their team and coach plenty of preparation time, which is something Anderson has complained about - though ultimately that is the advantage of having the club-call; it is also an advantage that the Giants gave up by losing to Wigan.

The Giants have had some great games with Wire over the last few seasons and they've turned the Giants over a few times this season already.

However, if the Giants are to become a team that other teams want to avoid (ala Leeds) in the play-offs then they need to start winning games such as the one on Thursday and Warrington have provided that opportunity.

Should be a great game.
