He played zero minutes, and they have;
Woods on loan from Wigan
Ridyard
Richardson on loan from St. Helens
Ollie not even on bench for their 3 games so far

Would have liked to see him play as Josh Woods only seems to pass and kick, doesn't really 'run at defences'. Ollie looked good in training, and was probably our fastest player, really 'quick off the mark'.

Think idea was to give him some game time against some seasoned pros on a regular basis.

It's a shame because I think he would've got game time at Leigh. We've only played three games and seems he would've got a game against Fev if he hadn't been recalled. He would've been a certainty to play next week, given injuries and suspensions in the squad.

As someone who has watched both Woods and Russell coming through the scholarship and academy at Wigan I would say that they are two of the slowest players I have ever seen in those halfback positions.

yeh russell is pretty slow.

holmes is going to be loaned out to a championship club when ready to play again
