We were abysmal, but that was the best away performance at Langtree Park I've seen. Flawless. I'm still waiting to wake up and find it was a bad dream.

Faultless display, patient, stuck to the game plan. Hardly any unforced errors and took all the chances, once we had earned them. It'll be hard to keep that up for the whole season, but here's hoping.

Wanna be first to say, Massive Well Done to Baloo in his first game with HIS team after been able to do HIS pre-season work. He has identified that we were massively under equipped in the forwards last season with Brown playing the likes of Faiumu, Ferguson and Gilmour at prop and getting outmuscled on numerous occasions.

He has brought some very big athletic aggressive forwards in to ensure when we do get beat the team doing it will damn well know they have been in a game and will ache!!

1 game in and we not gonna get carried away this year after far too many false dawns, however credit where credit is due, not many will go to Saints and bully them like that this season.

Loads say we will struggle to make top 8 this year, play like tonight and will be a very good team that beats us, don't fall for the Aaints were poor argument either cos the only reason they were poor is cos the opposition didnt give em a sniff.

Amazing show! I feel like I want to say Saints were having an off day, but I'm not really that sure - your pack were incredibly dominant and everything flowed from there. Absolute joy to watch that tonight, not just because Saints were completely outplayed

Brilliant display, led by the power of the forwards. Fielden had a brilliant opening 20 and the back row were immense. Hard to single out one but Chan and Ferres were excellent. Thanks boys.

That was a major surprise Fielden as a run on prop,but he certainly rolled back the years with that display.

Our lads certainly walked the talk tonight.Something special was that performance.

The boys played very well, but will saints defend as badly as that again this season? They were pretty bad.

Lots of bounce of ball went Giants way tonight but two points in the bag and that's all that counts.

A really solid performance. Always rated Chan but used properly as a wide running second row he surpassed expectations unbelievable.

Very well done on a surprising season opener.
Shame you couldn't quite shut them out but a great day for all those who travelled.

Seriously though it was a joy to see our boys completely dominate a top side from start to finish in a game. Let's just hope our boys don't fall in love with themselves after that.
