My lad got his shirt presented before the Hull game and got last years away shirt which is just what he wanted, the blue one with embroidered advertising, its far better quality that this years printed dish cloths !!!! Did notice that some kids were getting the new shirts, maybe its the luck of the draw.

Think the child scheme is a brill one, and overall excellent value. My lad will be bringing a 'virgin' mate and his Father who usually don't go to Giants , so that will be +2 to the crowd, and hopefully they will get hooked (is this the same marketing approach drug dealers use!!)
Last year we ended giving previous years shirt to his mate, as we had one already, and being a kid he wants latest stuff , and being a soft Giants fan of a Dad he gets it. With the main sponsor changing this year the difference in shirts is quite noticeable.
Good bit is meeting a star (besides big G!!). Last year it was Grixy who then automatically became his favourite player gazumping the other obvious kids favourites...big eorl etc
I would encourage anyone with 7, 8 or 9 year old kids to take up the clubs bargain scheme (they should push it more and more), as it is great value, inspite of the retro kiddie shirt collection you will end up with.

My lad got this seasons shirt !!
Well chuffed and given to him by robbo - simlar height to my 8 year old - who confirmed he was back with first team squad today and available for selection.
Great news and the depth of the squad is looking good.
