plus suggestions for end of season play offs etc...it was hard last year trying to format the play offs so the top few teams had an advantage over the rest, especially as i was top...it would be easier and fairer to sort out the format earlier

i think last year you were given bonus points of 8-1 depending on where you finished in top 8, and everybody lost 2 points per round until the last 4 then it was straight knockout/ even points all round.. if anybody has any better ideas lets hear them now before the season ends . the number of teams eliminated in the actual play offs wuill mirror our comp etc

Just go with whoever is top after 27 rounds wins

but we still need a handicap system etc for this sort of format... if ponner does win the league, he deserves the easier ride to the final?i used the system last year which gave the 8th team a chance, but it was unlikely they would suceed, but they did have a chance as they were playing everybody in each play off round and had a chance to overtake the teams in 6th and 7th

he is a clear 20 points ahead of 8th (me) so is better at this game this year, thats all the help he needs!!!!
